Board Game Camp - Board game camp is perfect for kids who love playing games, problem, solving, and critical thinking. Campers will enjoy valuable off-screen time as they learn new games and improve their strategic thinking skills. Note this class is best for children who have enough patience and focus to sit through board game play. Learning a new board game requires the ability to read, listen, and follow along with instructions.

Each day players will break up into teams and choose a game. We will focus on a few new games a day while we add to and expand our game library. The camp will include classic and new hit board games. We may even try a variety of card games and unconventional games depending on class interests. Campers will experience playing in groups ranging 2-8 in player vs. player games. Campers will also need to work as a team to win in cooperative games. We will also cover good sportsmanship to ensure there are no sore losers or winners, just fun.

Those who sign up will improve their gaming skills while gaining valuable social skills and teamwork experience. Campers will learn how to work together, solve problems, and overcome challenges as they make new friends with similar interests.
