Explore the world of comics and anime! Design and illustrate your own comic. Students will learn character development, impromptu story making, and bring their fictional character to life. Through the week students will create their own characters, design a character sheet, start a story, and develop several small comic book projects. Additionally students will learn to use a wide array of supplies and techniques to bring their projects to completion. We will talk in depth about manga, comic books, newspaper comics, webcomics and gag comics. Projects may change slightly based on student interest and ability. Light snacks and bottled water will be provided.

Age range is a reccomendation.
